Immigrants have been coming to developed countries for centuries in search of safety, security and freedom. The effect of mistreating immigrants can be severed on the developed countries because the majority of their economy is generated by immigrants. In these countries education is a choice and available option for everyone. To develop country’s economy, the developed countries encourage talented immigrants to come and improve their economy. However, these immigrants are kept in a glass room, and their progress are controlled. They are mistreated.Their knowledge, past experience and high education are not valued and given appropriate acknowledgement.

Brain Drain

The Indian and Chinese government understood this problem and focused on creating suitable, attractive environment in their country to bring back talented workforce.

While the economy of the United States continues to shrink, India and China’s economies are growing. Many highly skilled immigrants are deciding to leave the United States and heading home because of better job opportunities and advancement. Experts predict that in the next five years 500,000 Indian and 500,000 Chinese immigrants will leave the United States. How will that impact the American economy? Chinese and Indians entrepreneurship have produced thousands of jobs in the United States and created major centers of technological innovation like Silicon Valley and Google.
